Dwayne serves as the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. as a Board Member for Acts 29 Network he is the Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne, in addition to being a pastor, is committed to educating the future generation. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of several online pieces and is also a contributing writer in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling changing lives by embracing the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
